The Parish Room is located adjacent to the Rectory in Skibbs Lane Chelsfield Village. BR6 7RH. The room is equipped with a toilet with wheelchair access. It is only occasionally available and suitable for small seated meetings and interviews of up to 4 persons. Parking is limited to about 4 vehicles.

(There is also a larger Brass Crosby Room attached to the Parish Church)

Each room is available for use by Church and Community Groups. We do not make a specific charge for the use of this room but appreciate a donation to help cover our running and maintenance expenses.

For availability of the Parish Room please check the listings below then, if the room appears to be available, please complete and use the ‘submit’ button on the enquiry form opposite. You will receive a confirmatory email. Alternatively send an email to bookings@stmartinchelsfield.org.uk

Please include the following information in your email:

•  Your Name and where appropriate the group you represent.
•  An email address for contact purposes.
•  A telephone number.
•  The proposed date(s), start time and duration of your event.
•  The proposed use of the room including maximum numbers of persons.

The information provided will only be used for the purposes of managing this booking.

If your use of the Church or either room involves children or young persons under the age of 18, you are required to comply with the Diocesan Child Protection Policy.

If this is a Church organised event, at the time of booking, you are requested to notify our safeguarding office, Steve McCann  and complete a relevant form.
